2 of Ireland’s finest young comedians take a few hours off from this years Electric Picnic to head into Portlaoise and perform in Kavanaghs Comedy Club. Andrew Stanley, weekly host of the The Comedy Cellar and Andrew Stanley’s Mish Mash at The International Bar in Dublin is one of Ireland’s busiest comedians. Andrew has recently performed at the Edinburgh Fringe festival, The Melbourne Comedy Festival and closer to home at the Kilkenny Cat Laughs and Vodafone Comedy Festivals.
This seasoned comedian, has had many TV appearances including RTE’s ‘I Dare Ya’, ‘Liffey Laughs’, ‘Montreal Just for Laughs’ and ‘The Cafe’.
Willie White is best known for his appearance in Des Bishops ‘Joy in Da Hood’. Over the past 4 years Willie has established a firm Ballymun footing on the Irish Comedy Circuit and has performed at all the major festivals and venues throughout the length and breadth of the Country. A firm favourite in Kavanaghs, all of Willie’s performances has been memorable to say the least and this gig promises more of the same and then some!

The Halloween Howls Comedy Festival is just 9 weeks away and most of the line up has just been announced and once more Comedy Fans will not be dissapointed! This years festival sees the return of household names such as Neil Delamere, Colin Murphy, Karl Spain, David O’Doherty, Dead Cat Bounce, Barry Murphy, Karl Spain and Bernard O’Shea and even at that there’s a few shows still to be announced!
