Distilled Media to create 20 new jobs before the end of 2012.
[15th April 2012] Distilled Media, Ireland’s largest online publisher, has
today announced they are to create 20 new jobs, growing their organisation
to over 100 employees before the end of the year.

The group’s expansion is driven by some of Ireland’s most popular Internet
brands including Daft.ie, Adverts.ie, Boards.ie, Boardsdeals.ie, and
TheJournal.ie.

Distilled Media has over 5.8 million unique browsers visiting their sites
every month, across a wide range of online verticals including property,
cars, jobs, buying and selling of new and used goods, group buying, online
news and community discussion, each of which has unique engagement and
varied demographics.

Distilled Media is now the largest indigenous online media company in
Ireland and has an Irish audience that rivals that of US internet giants
Google and Facebook.

Commenting on the company’s expansion, Eamonn Fallon, CEO said: “We’re at a
very exciting time where online businesses have several opportunities to
grow, both in terms of web development and new products we can offer. Our
group has grown from just 25 people in 2008 to 85 today, which is a
positive sign of growth in our industry, but also great news for employment
in Ireland.”

The Company will be looking to fill roles in Web development, Mobile
Development, Sales and IT product development for Daft.ie, Adverts.ie,
Boards.ie, Boardsdeals.ie, and TheJournal.ie.

Distilled Media, are advertising all open vacancies via their online
marketplace Adverts.ie.
