Irish band the Corrigan Brothers release a special inauguration song for President Barack Obama
The Corrigan Brothers whose international hit “There’s no one as Irish as
Barack Obama” has reached almost ten million you tube hits and has charted
all over the world have released a special inauguration 2013 version of the
song called “There’s still no one as Irish as Barack Obama”. The President
ho is a big fan of the song and has famously mentioned the song in his Irish
Speech is also credited with writing the song. Ger Corrigan lead singer
explains, “we have used his reference to us and the song from his Irish
speech of 2011 at the start of the song and credited the President with a
co-write. A s one off special copy of the CD of the song will be presented
to the President on Inauguration Day”
