Seminal Irish acts unite for Pieta House charity show in The Olympia onNovember 1st.

In Tua Nua, Paddy Moloney of the Chieftains, Blink, The Pale, PictureHouse, Friends of Emmet, The Songs in the Key of D Choir as well members of Cactus World News and The Fountainhead and other special guests are amongst the acts confirmed to appear at the annual Pieta House benefit show.

Speaking about the show Brian McEvoy of Pieta House said “We are extremely grateful to all the acts for once again choosing to perform for Pieta House at this wonderful event. Events of this kind are essential not only to fundraise, but also to raise awareness of suicide and self-harm in our communities. Last year’s event was a wonderful success and we have no doubt that it will be once again this year.”

Kevin Hines, author of the best seller “cracked, not broken” whose experience  formed the basis of The Friends of Emmet single “Coming Apart” will also join Friends of Emmet on stage.
