Excitement soars as tonight’s EuroMillions Jackpot hits a mind-boggling €150 million

Ireland is in a frenzy as tonight’s EuroMillions Jackpot soars to a world conquering €150 million. Flying high as excitement builds is Model Holly Carpenter who is reminding Irish players to play early in store, at www.lottery.ie or through the National Lottery app ahead of this evenings massive draw.

And an early winner from tonight’s draw are Good Causes all over Ireland with in excess of €7 million raised for communities and organization through sales on the current EuroMillions roll.

A National Lottery spokesperson said today the sky would be the limit for an Irish player if their numbers come up in the mega draw.

“This is an incredible amount of money. A winner could fulfill all their wildest dreams and conquer the world if they won this life-changing sum – and have plenty left over to share with their loved ones.”

The spokesperson added: “One lucky player in Co. Kerry came incredibly close to the €138 million jackpot last Tuesday, just missing out on the massive jackpot by one lucky star which are numbered between 1-12. While they narrowly missed out on the jackpot, they did pocket the €333,913 Match 5 + Lucky Star prize on offer.”

“The current EuroMillions jackpot has been rolling since the last jackpot of €38.9 million was won in December on a ticket sold to a family syndicate in Malahide, Co. Dublin. There have been 12 Irish EuroMillion jackpot winners in the history of the game. And Ireland is on a EuroMillions roll at the moment with three jackpot winners and 31 EuroMillions Plus wins in 2017, a record since the game began in 2004. This year alone there have been five Irish EuroMillions Plus wins – so we are hoping the luck of the Irish continues on Tuesdaynight.”

“We are advising players to play early to avoid queues. You can buy your tickets in store, at www.lottery.ie or through the National Lottery App.”
